Hi I am John and I’m a Community Care Supervisor. I left the army in 2008 and joined Dominic Care in 2011 as a carer, working my way up to Community Supervisor. My role is to carry out observations and ongoing monitoring to ensure the quality of care is maintained and we are fully CQC complaint. Over the years, care has played a big role in job satisfaction – every client is different and I get immense satisfaction knowing the part we play in their life makes a big difference to them.
Being out in the community is where I get most fulfilment, knowing my actions have enabled a client more autonomy, choice and better quality of life.
