I have worked as part of the Dominic Care family for over ten years … Part of my role is to ensure staff are engaged and happy within their roles.
My role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Dominic Care. I work closely in partnership with colleagues to ensure high standards of care within the company.
I am the lead for the care team, overseeing the monitoring of clients well-being, as well as supervising care staff to ensure care standards remain high. Client happiness and well-being is important to me
I am the Training Manager for Dominic Care, I’ve been working in the organisation for seven years, originally starting as a senior care worker. This experience has given me the best insight into frontline care services, enabling me to develop realistic and effective training programmes for new and existing care teams.
I am often one of the first face’s to meet new client’s as we pride ourselves on ensuring high quality service.
Being out in the community is where I get most fulfilment, knowing my actions have enabled a client more autonomy, choice and better quality of life.
My role with Dominic Care is quite diverse, predominantly involving managing payroll and invoicing. I assist the HR manager with new starters and the care team with managing queries. I am often one of the first voices on the phone.
