Our management team has been helping people across north-east Hampshire and south-west Surrey lead independent lives for over twenty years, so clients and their families can rest assured that they will be in safe, capable and caring hands.
Dominic Care is a company that values our staff, as well as providing the highest possible standard of support and care for all clients. We work hard to deal with any situation that comes our way. This can only be achieved by having care teams who believe in what they do and how they can make a positive difference to the people who choose us to care for them. All care team members are encouraged to reach their true potential by linking learning to actions and theory to practice. There is a personal development path, appraisal system and support for the staff to help them excel. All about you and your choices
We work with you to develop a bespoke support plan. In this way, the care you receive is designed and planned precisely to your needs, with you in control every step of the way. It’s your care, chosen by you and delivered the way you want to receive it. We support a wide range of clients – from dementia sufferers and stroke patients to people recently released from hospital.
We are in the process of introducing a new PASS system. It’s a living care plan for our clients that provides a real-time view of care delivery – both historic records through to what happened on the last visit, and continues to log everything that happens each time care is delivered. This smart phone-based system allows our care teams to update all aspects of the care plan including our clients’ personal care, medication, history, and all relevant care notes. We have all we need to know, at the touch of a button.
We believe in excelling and this system gives us vital, up-to-date information so that our clients and staff know exactly how the care is being provided. This can provide the families with much-needed reassurance and means that they can monitor the care of their loved ones from anywhere.
