Dominic Care’s training programmes are second to none. All of our training is delivered in-house by live instructors – not by passive video tutorials – so that our staff have all the practical skills they need to provide excellent care to our clients.
The training doesn’t stop after your first few weeks with us either – we run courses for staff throughout their career with us.
