I have worked in care and with children for over 8 years before becoming part of Dominic Care in 2012. I originally worked as a care worker, then supervisor and now my current role as care manager. I am currently studying my level 5 care award for management and hope to become the registered manager in the future.

I am often one of the first face’s to meet new client’s when I complete their assessment’s to plan and tailor care to their specific needs. We pride ourselves on ensuring high quality service and often myself and the care team will deliver the initial visits to ensure the care has been tailored as the clients wants it.

I manage and oversee the staff on a day to day basis, completing supervisions, appraisals and welfare meetings throughout the year. I try to ensure our staff feel supported as they are the heart of what we do.
