I have worked in care since I was 15 years old and joined Dominic Care in January 2021. I had already completed my level 3 health and social care qualification and joined Dominic Care for the opportunities of career progression. I started as a community support worker, working in the field, meeting all the clients and fellow employees. At the start of 2023 Dominic Care offered me a role of care administer with the future prospects of moving up alongside the care team.
In my role I am one of the first ports of call for answering the phones. I am happy to assist with any queries anyone has and will pass you through to the relevant person if it is something I can not sort for you.
