Graham Lawrence, Co-founder & Director

Hello.  I started my working life in the Department of Health and Social Security focusing on technology becoming a computer programmer and project manager. At the age of 40 I decided to change my career path. I worked for the NHS in residential homes, eventually leading to management and becoming a Care Manager for Hampshire County Council. This role I held for ten years.

Along with my wife, Carol, my passion is to ensure that Dominic Care goes from strength to strength. This includes the use and implementation of leading-edge technology – which can have a positive impact on both the organisation and the people who choose us as their care provider. We are constantly reviewing our operational performance and how the continuing development of technology will  make everyone’s lives easier.
