I have worked as part of the Dominic Care family for over twelve years now. I started with the company as a carer, whilst at college, and worked my way up. I have a background in childcare and tutoring and after achieving my degree sought a different career path with Dominic Care in Human Resources.

I started as a qualified nursery practitioner, achieved my degree in Education and Social Science with English and through Dominic Care’s support completed my masters, CIPD level 7 certificate in Human Resources. I strongly believe here at Dominic Care we have a positive ethos to training and development. Part of my role is to ensure staff are engaged and happy within their roles.

Dominic Care has been a very supportive company when it comes to furthering my own education and have sent me on numerous training courses in both practical and theory-based subjects.
