Hajni Jakab, Operations Manager

My role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Dominic Care.  I work alongside the care team, visiting clients in their homes to complete assessments, reviews and ensure their needs are continually met.

I assist with covering calls when we are short staffed due to illness or holidays to ensure the highest of standards of care are maintained.

I also assist with the HR and business side of the company, working closely with the care staff to ensure continuity of care is provided and maintained.
