Hi My role is to ensure the smooth running of Dominic Care in the absence of the directors. I work alongside the care team and visit clients in their homes to complete assessments, reviews and ensure their needs are continually met. I assist with covering calls when we are short staffed due to illness or holidays to ensure the highest of standards of care are maintained. I work closely with the care staff to ensure continuity of care is provided and maintained.
