New Technology Coming

Dominic Care is investing in a new system to enable our Carers to record when they arrive at a service user’s home and when they leave.
The new system will also provide our staff with up to the minute rotas and service user details. We have been working with our software suppliers to implement the new system which utilises QR codes to enable staff to log in and out of a call.
We are in the process of distributing the QR codes to service users and hope to trial the new system towards the end of March.
