Dominic Care has continued to operate throughout the pandemic. We endeavour to keep our client’s and staff up to date on the measures we have taken and risk assessments, through letters in the post. Should you require a copy or further information, please contact out office team on 01252 319315.
19th March 2020 – Confirmed the Company’s infection control protocols were already in line with government – hand hygiene, PPE’s for personal care (gloves, aprons, masks and overshoes) and the company invested in portable soap bottles (dispensed to staff end of March).
24th March 2020 followed government guidance on lock-down, all staff made aware social distancing and cleaning practices being enforced in the office (including reduced numbers).
4th May 2020 – Update on government guidance regarding PPE’s.
Company risk assessments for Coronavirus, usage of PPE and medical exemptions for face coverings.
16th July 2020 – Update on shielding, announced that unless Covid-19 increases shielding will no longer be necessary from the 1st August.
11th August 2020 – Had staff provide individual risk assessments if medically exempt from face coverings to ensure adequate measures taken for personal safety and client safety.
26th October 2020 – Company measures remain unchanged. Reminder sent periodically about PPE’s, Social distancing and staying safe.
